We have many furnished and unfurnished units (1 and 2 bedrooms) available for you to move in immediately, for short term or long term stays. Prices include WIFI, pool amenities (chairs/towels/ umbrellas), cable, all utilities, and parking. All rentals of One month to 6 months have 14% tax added. 6 months+ are tax exempt
